The position: Support Engineer

Location: Singapore

Being part of the Production Support team member, you will be involved in providing 24x7 critical support that requires investigating and troubleshooting issues, as well as providing timely improvements / resolutions to address problems / incidents encountered.
Perform root cause analysis and prepare incident reports
- Track and verify all escalated issues till closure
- Conduct daily capacity, SLA and performance review / analysis
- Actively identify areas for improvement to ensure system stability and ease of maintenance
- Participate in COB testing and audit
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Computer-related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant technical experience in Sybase & Unix
- Good domain knowledge of Payment systems along with checks/draft processing will be highly regarded
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to be deployed on 24x7 standby support and work under pressure
