·With Customer Service/ Outbound Call Experience is a plus
·Experience in collections account preferred
·Must be aggressive

An international company offering English Laguage Tutorial services for Korean students in a call center environment. At present, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
Online English Instructors
(Central Luzon, National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
• Teach the universal language online
• Manage list of students and/or clients assigned by calling and teaching the students on their scheduled time
• Creates a classroom environment by establishing a student-teacher relationship and by using various teaching strategies
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent
o Required language(s): English
o Excellent communications skills (both Oral and Written)
o Possess positive attitude and good personality
o Must be detail oriented, team player and has good customer service skills
o Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City or Mabalacat, Pampanga
o Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant status
o Preferably 1-4 Yrs experience specializing in the same field
