Error SQLSTATE = 37000

Hi,
I get the following error on a for a specific query
Error SQLSTATE = 37000
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot create a row of size 9660 which is greater than the allowable maximum of 8060.

Why is it happening? Any suggestion to go around this?

Please help!
